Delivery + Returns

SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and US holidays are processed on the next business day.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Garden Grove, California.
Most orders are shipped USPS. You should receive your order within 3 - 5 business days with Standard Shipping and 2 - 3 business days with Priority Shipping.
You will receive email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and be provided shipment tracking information when it ships.
For orders shipping outside of the United States, please contact us at info@radazzapparel.com so we can determine the shipping costs and delivery time.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If for some reason, you received the wrong item or the item did not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. Email us at info@radazzapparel.com  with your order number to request an exchange or return. We will contact you via email within 2-3 business days and provide return/exchange instructions for mailing the product back to us.
Product must be returned exactly the way it was shipped to you: completely clean and unworn in the original, undamaged packaging. Any returns that appear to be worn and do not include the original undamaged packaging will not be accepted or eligible for return or exchange.
Request for refunds or exchanges will not include any shipping costs paid on the original order.
You will be responsible for mailing the product back to us, using the carrier of your choice, and providing shipment tracking information.
Please allow us up to 14 days to process returns or exchanges once we’ve received your returned item(s).
Note: Unauthorized returns will be refused.
